Who We Are
United States International University Savings & Credit Co-operative Society (USIU-SACCO)-Non Withdrawable Deposit Taking (NWDT) is a savings and credit cooperative society that was registered under the Ministry of Cooperative Development and Marketing on 16th January 1985. We are regulated by Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA).

This is a loan of three times your savings payable over a maximum of 66 months at an interest rate of 1% per month.
Applicable after 12 months repayment of Normal Loan at 1% per month.
This product enables new members to join and settle in the SACCO while at the same time boosting their deposits. 50% of the loan to be deposited into the member deposits.
Maximum of KShs. 300,000 and payable within 1 calendar year at an interest rate of 1% per month.
Maximum of KShs. 200,000 or one half of the member's savings whichever is lower at an interest rate of 1% per month, repayable in 12 months.
This is a tailor-made product to assist the members in their most urgent financial need.
The facility attracts an interest rate of 10% per month on straight line basis.
This product enables members (through the Society) to purchase costly household goods at a low interest rate compared to market credit interest rates.
A monthly check-off savings of minimum KShs. 1,000, earning an interest of 8% per annum for savings of at least six months, and paid back to the member by
20th December of every year.
